Use of the service
Rumor provides deal discovery and SMS alert services for nightlife and dining venues. You must be 18 or older to use Rumor. You agree not to misuse the service, create fake accounts, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@rumorapp.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
SMS alerts
By adding your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Rumor. Standard message and data rates apply depending on your carrier plan. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or disabling alerts in your preferences.
Business listings
Businesses that list deals on Rumor represent that their deals are accurate and currently available. Rumor reserves the right to remove deals that are misleading, expired, or violate these terms. Listing fees are non-refundable once a deal has been published.
Deal accuracy
Rumor aggregates deal information from businesses directly and through automated sources. We make reasonable efforts to verify accuracy but cannot guarantee that every deal is current or available. Always confirm details with the venue.
Intellectual property
Rumor and its logo are trademarks of Rumor. You may not reproduce or use our branding without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Rumor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to deals that are unavailable, expired, or inaccurate.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Rumor after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
